This electric kettle is made of glass jug and food-safe polypropylene.  When being manufactured, glass jugs are tested for  the drop and heat resistance.

The kettle is BPA free.

The thermostat is equipped with 3 bimetallic temperature sensors.

When the water boils, the kettle automatically shuts off.

If the switch is accidentally turned on while there is no water inside, the kettle will be automatically turned off.
